Your home will be inspected by an inspector certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. and Home Spection Training Institute.  Our inspections strive to exceed the standard operating procedures of the International Association of Certified  Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).   

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property,  performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.  The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.

The home inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions. 

On the day of the inspection the inspector will do a walk through with the client(s) to identify all issues and maintenance items.  You will receive a comprehensive report with photos within 24 hours of the walk through.
